When is the best time for paving?
The best time for paving is April through mid-November, with optimal conditions occurring from May through October. The warm weather allows for proper asphalt curing and the best long-term results.
How long does a paving project take?
Most residential driveways can be completed in 1-2 days, depending on size and scope. Commercial projects vary based on size but are typically completed efficiently to minimize disruption to your business.
What thickness of asphalt do you use?
For residential driveways, our standard is 2.5″ of 9.5mm Superpave wearing asphalt. For commercial projects, we customize the thickness based on the weight of vehicles that will be traveling over the surface.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! We provide a 2-year warranty on new installations over a stone base and a 1-year warranty when paving over existing asphalt surfaces.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Lebanon, Lancaster, Berks, Dauphin, Schuylkill, and Cumberland Counties. Our service area extends approximately 1 hour travel distance from our Newmanstown location.

What payment methods do you accept?

Is asphalt environmentally friendly?
Yes! Asphalt is 100% recyclable. All new asphalt contains approximately 15% recycled material, and in some cases, 5% of ground-up asphalt shingles as well.
How do I maintain my new asphalt?
Keep your surface clean of debris, address any cracks promptly, and avoid parking heavy equipment in the same spot repeatedly. We’re happy to provide specific maintenance recommendations based on your project.

Yes, we are fully licensed (PA License 020836) and insured for your protection and peace of mind.
